Analysis of the Influence of Entrepreneurial Characteristics, Motivation, Experience and Managerial Skills on the Entrepreneurial Success of MSMEs in Madiun City. Thesis. Management Study Program. Faculty of Economics and Business. Universitas PGRI Madiun. Supervisors: (I) Dr. Karuniawati Hasanah, S.E., M.M. (II) Metikasmike., S.E., M.M. Good human resources in a business depend on the competence of business actors in managing their company and selecting workers in their business based on certain criteria. Entrepreneurial success is achieved through a combination of attitudes, strategies and supporting internal and external factors. This research aims to determine the analysis of the influence of entrepreneurial characteristics, motivation, experience and managerial skills on the entrepreneurial success of MSMEs in Madiun City. This type of research is quantitative. The number of samples used was 100 respondents. The sampling technique is Accidental Sampling. Data analysis in this study was a Multiple Linear Regression test. The research results show that: 1) Partially the entrepreneurial characteristics variable (X1) has a positive and significant influence on the entrepreneurial success of SMEs in Madiun City. 2) Partially the motivation variable (X2) has a positive and significant influence on the success of SME entrepreneurship in Madiun City. 3) Partially, the experience variable (X3) has a positive and significant influence on the success of SME entrepreneurship in Madiun City. 4) Partially, the managerial skills variable (X4) has a positive and significant influence on the entrepreneurial success of SMEs in Madiun City.
