Thesis. Management Study Program. Faculty of Economics and Business. Universitas PGRI Madiun. Supervisors: (I) Dr. Dr. Karuniawati Hasanah, S. E., M. M. (II) Ahmad Nur Aziz, S. Pd., M. Ak Human resources are an important factor in an organization or company, because it is part of organizational management that focuses on the element of human resources. So that improving the quality of human resources is expected for employees to improve the learning behaviors of employees at sub-district offices. This research aims to determine the role of psychological safety in mediating the influence of high-quality relationships on the learning behavior of employees in Geger District, Madiun Regency. This type of research is quantitative. The number of samples used was 65 respondents. The sampling technique is saturated sampling. Data analysis in this research was the Sobel test. The research results show that: 1) Partially the high-quality relationships variable (X1) has a positive and significant influence on the learning behaviors of employees in Geger District, Madiun Regency. 2) Partially, the high-quality relationships variable (X1) has a positive and significant influence on the psychological safety of employees in Geger District, Madiun Regency. 3) Partially, the psychological safety variable (X2) has a positive and significant influence on the learning behaviors of employees in Geger District, Madiun Regency. 4) The psychological safety variable is able to mediate the influence of high-quality relationships on the learning behaviors of employees in Geger District, Madiun Regency.
