Abstract
This study aims to improve the discipline and sportsmanship of Group B students at Al Husna 2 Kindergarten, Madiun City, who generally lack discipline and sportsmanship. One reason is the difficulty teachers have in providing resources to internalize discipline and sportsmanship. Discipline and sportsmanship are part of character that must be developed from an early age. Therefore, this study is necessary to improve discipline and sportsmanship in Al Husna 2 Kindergarten students through the game of gobak sodor. The research method used two cycles of classroom action research. The implementation period was October 2025 to December 2025.The method for improving discipline and sportsmanship was implemented through a cyclical process of planning, implementation, action, observation, and reflective evaluation.Data collection involved observation and document recording. The collected data were analyzed using techniques of reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing to gain a deeper understanding of discipline and sportsmanship. The results showed that the discipline and sportsmanship of Group B students at Al Husna 2 Kindergarten in Madiun City can be improved through the game of gobak sodor. In the first cycle, the discipline score was 60%, increasing to 87% in the second cycle. Meanwhile, the sportsmanship score in the first cycle was 53%, and in the second cycle, it increased to 87%. Therefore, the achievement of completion exceeded the performance indicator of 80%.
