Abstract
The objectives of this research are: (1) to identify the effect of social media literacy quality on the performance of public elementary school teachers in Cluster 2, Kecamatan Gondang, Kabupaten Nganjuk; (2) to identify the effect of communication skills on the performance of public elementary school teachers in Cluster 2, Kecamatan Gondang, Kabupaten Nganjuk; and (3) to identify the simultaneous effect of social media literacy quality and communication skills on the performance of public elementary school teachers in Cluster 2, Kecamatan Gondang, Kabupaten Nganjuk.This research employed a quantitative quasi-experimental method. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques. The results of the data analysis reveal that: (1) social media literacy quality has a significant effect on the performance of public elementary school teachers in Cluster 2, Kecamatan Gondang, Kabupaten Nganjuk; (2) communication skills have a significant effect on the performance of public elementary school teachers in Cluster 2, Kecamatan Gondang, Kabupaten Nganjuk; and (3) there is a significant simultaneous effect of social media literacy quality and communication skills on the performance of public elementary school teachers in Cluster 2, Kecamatan Gondang, Kabupaten Nganjuk.
