Abstract

This study aims to describe the needs of fourth-grade elementary school students' e-LKPD, describe the process of developing a project-based e-LKPD to improve fourth-grade elementary school students' poetry writing skills, and determine the effectiveness of the developed project-based e-LKPD. This study uses the ADDIE Research and Development (R&D) model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The ADDIE model development consists of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The data sources in this study were fourth-grade students and teachers. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and tests. The instruments used were teacher and student needs analysis questionnaires, expert validation questionnaires, teacher response questionnaires, student response questionnaires, and E-LKPD test questions to test the effectiveness of the product. The results of the study showed that at the analysis stage, students faced difficulties in completing questions related to writing poetry so that students needed a digital E-LKPD, as well as critical thinking questions and an attractive design. The results at the design stage showed that the E-LKPD was designed using the Liveworksheets application with validation from media experts and material experts getting very good criteria with a percentage of 84% and 89%. The results of the student and teacher response questionnaires showed very good criteria, while the effectiveness test was carried out with a validity test in the form of poetry writing questions based on 5 aspects and the results obtained a percentage score of 89% entering the very good criteria so that it was categorized as valid. The normality test with a score of 0.66 for the experimental class, 0.53 for the control class, so it was normally distributed. The homogeneity test obtained a score of 0.873, greater than 0.05, and declared the data homogeneous. The effectiveness test resulted in an effective E-LKPD product in the experimental class compared to the control class.
