Improving Sosial Care Charakter and IPAS Learning outcomes through the STAD Cooperative Learning Model among Fifth-Grade Students of SDN 02 Mojorejo, Taman District,Madiun City. Supervisor II : Dr.Sudarmiani,M.Pd Kata Kunci : Social care character, cooperative learning model,STAD,IPAS learning outcomes, classroom action research This study aimed to improve social care character and IPAS learning outcomes among fifth-grade students of SDN 02 Mojorejo,Taman District,Madiun City.The research employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach using qualitative methods conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consisted of planning, action implementation , observation, and reflection stages.The research subjects 27 students.Data were collected through learning outcome tests, observations of student and teacher activities, and documentation .Data analysis was conducted using descriptive quantitative analysis by comparing the results of the pre-cycle, cycle 1, and cycle II The results showed that the implantation of the STAD cooperative learning model significantly improved students’social care character and IPAS learnig outcomes.The average score of social care character in the pre-cycle was 50,6, with 4 students (14%) achieving mastery.In cycle 1,the average increased to 56,4,with 11 students ( 40 %) achieving master.In cycle II, the average further increased to 77,8, with 26 students ( 96%) achieving mastery.Regarding learning outcomes, the pre-cycle average score was 52,4 with 6 students ( 22%) achieving master .In cycle I, the average increased to 56,4 with 15 students ( 55,5%) achieving master. In cycle II, the average score increased to 84,4, with 27 student (100%) achieving mastery. These improvements were supported by increased student participation in group discussions, enhanced problem-solving skill, and greater enthusiasm for learing through the use of game card media. Based on the research findings and discussion , it can be conclude that the STAD cooperative learning model is effective improving social care character and IPAS learning outcomes among fifth-grade students of SDN 02 Mojorejo Taman District, Madiun City. The STAD model not anly enhances students’ character development and academic achievement but also improves cooperative skil and active engagement in group learning processed
