The Influence of the Flipped Classroom Learning Model and Internet Access Availability on Short Story Writing Skills of Fifth Grade Students at Public Elementary Schools in Cluster 3, Kecamatan Sawahan, Kabupaten Nganjuk. Thesis. Madiun: Master’s Program in Indonesian Language and Literature Education, Postgraduate Faculty, Universitas PGRI Madiun. Supervisors: (I) Dr. Supri Wahyudi Utomo,M.Pd, , (II) Dr. Dwi Rohman Soleh, S.S,M.Pd. Keywords: Flipped Classroom, Internet, Writing Skills, Short Story. This study investigates: (1) the effect of the flipped classroom learning model on short story writing skills of fifth grade students at public elementary schools in Cluster 3, Kecamatan Sawahan, Kabupaten Nganjuk; (2) the effect of internet access availability on the students’ short story writing skills; and (3) the interaction between the flipped classroom model and internet access availability in influencing short story writing skills. The research employed a quantitative quasi-experimental method, and the collected data were analyzed using a two-way ANOVA technique. The results reveal that: (1) the flipped classroom learning model has a significant effect on short story writing skills; (2) internet access availability significantly influences short story writing skills; and (3) there is a significant interaction between the flipped classroom model and internet access availability in shaping the short story writing skills of fifth grade students in Cluster 2, Kecamatan Sawahan, Kabupaten Nganjuk
