Abstract
The Effect of Person-Organization Fit and Quality of Work Life towards Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. PLN (Persero) Madiun City Customer Service Unit. This study aims to determine the effect of Person-Organization Fit and Quality of Work Life towards employee job satisfaction at PT. PLN (Persero) Madiun City Customer Service Unit. Job satisfaction is an important factor in supporting employee productivity and loyalty to the company. Person-Organization Fit describes the alignment between individual values and organizational values, while Quality of Work Life reflects the extent to which the organization is able to provide a work environment that supports employee well-being. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, namely the entire population of 64 employees. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires. Data analysis was performed using Partial Least Squares (PLS) through the Smart-PLS application. The results show that Person-Organization Fit had no positive and insignificant effect towards job satisfaction. Quality of Work Life also has a positive and significant effect towards employee job satisfaction at PT. PLN (Persero) Madiun City Customer Service Unit.
