This study aims to design and develop a web-based tracer study system at SMK Al-Amnaniyah Karangjati in order to improve the effectiveness of alumni data collection and tracking. Until now, the tracer study process has been conducted manually through social media or direct communication, resulting in unstructured data that is difficult to access for the purpose of evaluating graduate quality. The Laravel framework was used in the system development to produce a responsive and user-friendly interface, and the Agile method was applied to allow for iterative system development that adapts to user needs. The research model used is Research and Development (R&D) with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation studies within the school environment. The system was designed with main features such as admin and alumni login, alumni data input (both manually and collectively via Excel files), alumni data management, and presentation of tracer study reports. Testing using the Blackbox method showed that the system functions according to the predefined functional requirements. This tracer study system is expected to assist the school in managing alumni data efficiently, generating accurate reports, and serving as a foundation for evaluating graduate achievement and continuously improving educational quality.
