Abstract
This study aims to describe the profile and analyze the implementation of administrative services at the Department of Culture, Tourism, Youth, and Sports (Disbudparpora) of Madiun City. The main focus of this research is how Disbudparpora carries out its public service functions, particularly in the administrative aspects, which include correspondence, event licensing, personnel data management, and information services to the public. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings show that, in general, the profile of Disbudparpora reflects a clear organizational structure and main duties. However, the implementation of administrative services still faces several challenges, such as limited human resources, partially digital information systems, and lack of public awareness regarding available services. Nevertheless, efforts to improve service quality continue to be made through staff training and infrastructure development. This research is expected to serve as a reference for enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of administrative services in local government institutions.
