Abstract
This study aims determine the influence of employer harading and e recruitment on job application interest among 2 Generations in Madiun Régency. Employer branding is a company strategy to build an attractive image for potential applicants, while e-recruitment is the use of digital technology in in the job recruitment process. Data were collected through questionnaires administered to 184 2 Generations respondents in Madiun Regency, which were then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that both employer branding and e-recruitment has a positive and significant influence towards jub application interest. In other words, the better the company's image and the use of of digital recruitment systems, the greater 7 Generations interest in applying for jobs at that. company. This finding is important for companies seeking to attract a young workforce by utilizing branding strategies and digital technolagy in the recruitment proces.
