Abstract

The competition in the business world is unavoidable. Therefore, every effort is needed to stay informed and understand what is happening in the market, what customers want, and understand changes in the business environment to achieve good performance. Therefore, every company is required to produce optimal performance that must be continuously improved. This study aims to determine the Effect of Employee Engagement towards Innovative Behavior with Distributive Justice as a Moderating Variable in Madiun. This research was quantitative. A sample of 118 respondents was used. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. Data analysis in this study used the MRA test. The results show: (1) Partially, the employee engagement variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect towards the innovative behavior of contract employees at PT PLN UP3 Madiun; (2) Partially, the distributive justice variable (Z) has a positive and significant effect towards the innovative behavior of contract employees at PT PLN UP3 Madiun; (3) The variable employee engagement*distributive justice (X*Z) has a positive and significant influence towards the innovative behavior of contract employees at PT PLN UP3 Madiun.
