Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the influence of organizational culture and intrinsic motivation towards job satisfaction of Z Generations contract employees at PT. INKA Kota Madiun. This study was quantitative, with 70 PT. INKA Kota Madiun employees as respondents. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling. Data were obtained through a questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS version 25.0. Data analysis included instrument testing, classical assumption testing, descriptive analysis, and classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, and multiple coefficients of determination. The results show: 1) partially, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect towards job satisfaction of Z Generations contract employees at PT. INKA Kota Madiun, and 2) partially, intrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect towards job satisfaction of Z Generations contract employees at PT. INKA Kota Madiun.
