Abstract

Turnover intention is an employee's intention or desire to leave their job at an organization or company, either to move to another company, temporarily resign, or permanently leave the workforce. Factors such as management support, support from their immediate supervisor, and support from coworkers play a significant role in shaping turnover intention. This study aims to determine the effect of Employee Well-Being and Career Growth Opportunities towards Turnover Intention at PT Edisan Group Bersaudara. This study was quantitative. A sample size of 53 respondents was used. The sampling technique used saturated sampling. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression. The results show that: 1) Partially, employee well-being had a negative and insignificant effect towards turnover intention at PT Edisan Group Bersaudara; 2) Partially, career growth opportunities had a negative and insignificant effect towards turnover intention at PT Edisan Group Bersaudara. These findings suggest that turnover intention can be improved through comprehensive support from various elements within the organization.
