Abstract

This study aims to analyze the comparative performance of employees at PT. Pos Indonesia and J&T Express, focusing towards job satisfaction, productivity, and employee training. The method used in this study was a quantitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to employees at both companies. The results of this study indicate that employee job satisfaction does not significantly influence employee performance in either study area. Employee productivity has a significant effect towards employee performance at PT. Pos Indonesia, while it does not have a significant effect at J&T Express. Employee training has a significant effect at J&T Express, but not at PT. Pos Indonesia. An Independent Sample T-test indicates that J&T Express employee performance isstatistically superior to PT. Pos Indonesia employee performance. These findings emphasize the need for innovation in human resource management to continuously improve employee performance in the delivery services industry amidst increasingly fierce market competition.
