Abstract
This study examines the influence of organizational culture and leadership style on employee performance at RSUD Sogaten Madiun. The purpose of this research is to identify how various aspects of organizational culture, such as values, beliefs, and practices, affect employee motivation and productivity. In addition, this study explores different leadership styles and their role in enhancing employee performance. The research was conducted at RSUD Sogaten Madiun with a sample of 251 respondents. The research method applied was a quantitative approach using path analysis with the assistance of SPSS software. The results of the study indicate that: (1) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (2) Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; and (3) Organizational culture and leadership style simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a contribution of 81.5%, while the remaining 18.5% is influenced by other factors outside this research. The implication of this study is that RSUD Sogaten management should strengthen organizational culture values and adopt participatory leadership styles to optimize employee performance.
