Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of the total asset turnover ratio (TATO), ESG disclosure, and investment policy on firm value, with gender diversity as a moderating variable. This research was conducted on property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2021-2024 period. This quantitative research used secondary data from the financial statements and annual reports of property and real estate companies listed on the IDX. The study population was selected using a purposive sampling method, resulting in a final sample of 288 data samples for analysis. Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA) was used for data analysis, and IBM SPSS Statistics 25 was used. The results show that total asset turnover and ESG disclosure have a positive effect on firm value. Investment policy has a negative effect on firm value. Furthermore, gender diversity has been shown to moderate the effect of the total asset turnover ratio on firm value. However, gender diversity does not moderate the effect of ESG disclosure and investment policy on firm value.
