Abstract
The Effect of Compensation, Work-Life Balance, and Work Environment towards Teacher Job Satisfaction at the NU Muslimat Welfare Foundation in Madiun City. This study aims to empirically demonstrate the effect of compensation, work-life balance, and work environment towards teacher job satisfaction at the NU Muslimat Welfare Foundation in Madiun City. This quantitative study involved 113 teachers. The sampling method used saturated sampling. Data collection used a questionnaire. Data analysis used SmartPLS version 3.0 as a testing tool. The results of this study indicate that compensation and work-life balance influence teacher job satisfaction at the NU Muslimat Welfare Foundation in Madiun City, while the work environment does not.
