Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Cash Holding, Financial Leverage, Firm Size, Managerial Ownership, and Liquidity Ratios towards Indications of Window Dressing Practices. Tests were conducted on a sample of 55 healthcare companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), Malaysia Stock Exchange (BEM), Thailand Stock Exchange (SET), and Vietnam Stock Exchange (HNX) in 2023, processed using SPSS. The results of the study partially indicate that Cash Holding, Financial Leverage, and Managerial Ownership have no significant effect towards window dressing. Firm Size and Liquidity Ratios have a negative and significant effect towards window dressing. Simultaneous analysis of Cash Holding, Financial Leverage, Firm Size, Managerial Ownership, and Liquidity Ratios has a significant effect towards window dressing.
