Abstract

This thesis is the result of research regarding the MBKM Teaching Campus Program as a Means of Strengthening the Careers of Final Year Students of the Guidance and Counseling Study Program, Universitas PGRI Madiun. The aim of this research is to find out what the conditions for stabilizing the careers of final year Guidance and Counseling students who are taking part in the Teaching Campus program are, and to find out whether the Teaching Campus program has an impact on stabilizing the careers of final year Guidance and Counseling students at Universitas PGRI Madiun. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with five research subjects. By using qualitative research methods in this research, it is hoped that we will be able to obtain detailed information related to the research carried out by researchers, namely the MBKM Teaching Campus Program as a Means of Career Strengthening for Final Year Students. The data collection technique used was interviews. For the study carried out by researchers using data analysis. Activities in data analysis, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification are called Miles and Huberman Model Data Analysis. Career strengthening for students in the Guidance and Counseling study program at Universitas PGRI Madiun includes the Independent Campus Certified Internship and Independent Study Program which provides opportunities for students to hone and gain skills, knowledge and attitudes in the industrial world by working and studying directly on real projects or problems. This internship program aims to provide opportunities for students to develop themselves, especially improving their hard skills and soft skills so that they will be better prepared to enter the world of work after graduating from college.
