Rifqi Wahyu Ichwannudin. 2025. Analysis of Total Productive Maintenance on Semi-Robotic Welding Machines Using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness & Life Cycle Cost Methods at PT Refindo Intiselaras. Thesis. Industrial Engineering Program, Faculty of Engineering, PGRI University of Madiun. Supervisors: (I) Aan Zainal Muttaqin,S.T., M.T., IPP. (II) Doni Susanto, S.Pd., M.Pd. This study analyzes the application of the TPM method on semi-robotic welding machines at PT Refindo Intiselaras Indonesia using the OEE and Life Cycle Cost (LCC) methods. In an increasingly competitive industrial world, companies are required to be able to increase production efficiency and reduce machine downtime in order to continue to meet consumer demand. This study found six major losses that impact machine effectiveness, and analyzed the factors that cause machine downtime using a fishbone diagram. The results of the Six big Losses calculation have an average value of 6.219%. The results of the analysis show that the OEE value is at 84.01%, which shows that the OEE value does not meet international standards. Recommendations are given to overcome the problems on the semi-robotic welding machine and improve the effectiveness of the machine through the systematic application of TPM methods and Life Cycle Cost (LCC) calculations. This study is expected to provide recommendations for companies in improving machine performance, optimizing maintenance costs and calculating machine life.
