Abstract
In the current digital era, interactive and relevant learning is very important to increase interest in learning and learning outcomes. However, at SMKN 5 Madiun City, the learning process still uses conventional methods such as lectures and media that are less varied, so students tend to be passive, easily bored, and less motivated. This has an impact on the low involvement and achievement of student academic. Baamboozle as a game -based learning media offers innovative solutions to overcome these challenges. With interactive features and a fun approach, Baamboozle can increase motivation, interests, and student learning outcomes. This study aims to describe the effect of Baamboozle learning media on student learning interest, describe the effect of Baamboozle learning media on student learning outcomes, describe the differences in student learning interest between control groups and experiments with control groups, describe the differences in student learning outcomes between control groups and experiments with control groups. The method used in the study is the Nonequivalent Control Group Design design experiment. Sampling techniques using the Purvosive Sampling Method as many as 58 students in class XI AKL 1 and 2 SMK Negeri 5 Madiun City. The research results showed that; There is the influence of Baamboozle learning media which is significant on student interest in learning 83.8 %. There is the influence of Baamboozle learning on student learning outcomes as much as 11.2%. There are differences in student learning interest in the control group and the experimental group with a significance value of 0.046 at a significance limit of 0.05. There are differences in student learning outcomes in the control and experimental group with a significance value of 0,000 below the 0.05 Siginitation limit.
