Abstract

The chemical recapitulation process in the previous Analytical Chemistry laboratory was still carried out manually, which risked recording errors, data loss, and difficulties in monitoring the availability of chemicals. This research aims to develop a website-based chemical recapitulation system to facilitate the process of recording, monitoring stocks, and recording the use of chemicals digitally. The system development uses the Extreme Programming (XP) method with stages of planning, designing, coding, and testing. The system is built using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework and MySQL database. The results of the system allow admins to manage data on unit chemicals, chemicals, chemical usage, and view stock reports automatically. System testing is carried out using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method to evaluate the feasibility and ease of use of the system by users. It is hoped that this system can improve work efficiency, data accuracy, and support more structured and well-documented laboratory activities.
