Abstract
Eka Intan Purnamasari. 2025. Implementation of Wordwall Media in Learning Observation Report Text for Class X Students of SMK Gamaliel 1 Madiun City. Thesis. Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program, FKIP, Universitas PGRI Madiun. Supervisor (1) Dr. Dwi Rohman Sholeg, S. S., M.Pd., (II) Dr. Kodrat Eko Putro Setiawan, M.Pd. Understanding texts is a fundamental aspect of language skill development. One type of text that is important for students to understand is observation report texts. This study aims to describe the planning, implementation, obstacles, and solutions of the Wordwall media in teaching observation report texts to 10th grade students at SMK Gamaliel 1 in Madiun City. The method used is qualitative descriptive with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation. The research subjects consist of 17 students out of a total of 21 students and 1 Indonesian language teacher. Data analysis was conducted through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The research results indicate that the planning of Wordwall usage was carried out systematically by incorporating it into the teaching module as a formative evaluation medium aligned with the Problem-Based Learning model and the Merdeka Curriculum. The implementation of Wordwall was active and interactive through quizzes such as matching pairs, spin wheel, and multiple choice questions that increased student participation and enthusiasm. Obstacles such as internet connectivity, device limitations, and learning time were successfully overcome by teachers through effective alternative strategies such as sharing internet connections, providing printed questions as a backup, and scheduling Wordwall at the end of the lesson.
