Abstract

Currently, the Madiun City Government's project monitoring and evaluation process in the environment is still mostly carried out semi-manually by recapitulating data with books and Microsoft Excel applications, which has the potential to cause data access to be unable to be online, the process of sharing data between admins, related agencies, and project foremen by sending files so that it is inefficient and there is data redundancy, information delays, recording errors, lack of data transparency, and data printing per period cannot be done directly. In this study, the research method we used was the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. This method has 5 stages as follows: requirement planning, user design, construction, testing, and cutover. The results of this study are a monitoring and evaluation information system for construction projects in the Madiun City Government environment. The conclusion of this study is that with this system, it makes it easier to manage project data, time efficiency in reporting, and increase the accuracy of the information obtained. In addition, a websitebased system allows data access anytime and anywhere, so that collaboration between parties becomes easier.
