Abstract

This study aims to describe the tomb pilgrimage tradition in fostering humanistic and spiritual attitudes among students of SDN 2 Ngrupit, Ponorogo. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method using observation, interviews, and documentation to analyze the process of implementing the tomb pilgrimage tradition of Kiai Ageng Muhammad Besari by students of SDN 2 Ngrupit and its impact on their humanistic and spiritual attitudes. From the research, it can be seen that: (1). The process of the tradition of pilgrimage to the tomb of Kiai Ageng Muhammad Besari by SDN 2 Ngrupit Ponorogo, has been carried out since 2018 with careful and systematic planning, thus creating a pleasant and meaningful impression for students. (2). The spiritual and humanistic attitudes of students of SDN 2 Ngrupit Ponorogo after carrying out the pilgrimage to the tomb of Kiai Ageng Muhammad Besari, have increased in terms of ethics, socializing and worship.
