Abstract

The development of information technology has had a significant impact on various aspects of life, including the trade sector. RD iPhone House Store is a business engaged in the sale of iPhone devices and accessories, but still runs the sales process offline. This limits the market reach and the potential for increasing sales. Based on the results of observations, there are fluctuations in the number of sales each month, with the potential for an increase in certain months. To overcome these limitations, a website-based sales information system is needed that is able to expand the market and increase the operational efficiency of the store. This study aims to design, implement, and evaluate a website-based sales information system at RD iPhone House Store using the Waterfall method. The system is developed with the Laravel framework, using Midtrans as a payment gateway service, and integrated with the RajaOngkir API for calculating shipping costs. This research is expected to provide digital solutions that support the improvement of store competitiveness, simplify the customer transaction process, and become a reference for the development of web-based sales information systems in the future.
