Abstract
This study aims to describe the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the discovery learning model combined with wordwall media in teaching speech writing to 11th grade students at SMK Cendekia Madiun. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the learning plan was systematically developed through a Lesson Plan (RPP) that included the stages of discovery learning and the integration of wordwall media as a supporting tool. Wordwall media was used as an interactive evaluation tool to increase student participation and engagement in the learning process. During the implementation stage, teachers applied six discovery learning syntaxes, namely stimulation, problem identification, data collection, data processing, verification, and conclusion drawing, which were carried out actively and participatively. Based on the evaluation results, the application of the discovery learning model combined with wordwall media showed effectiveness in learning to write lecture texts. Students were able to understand the text structure more systematically, organize ideas logically, and show active involvement during the learning process. Wordwall media also played a role in creating a conducive, interesting, and enjoyable learning atmosphere, thereby building student motivation to learn. However, the implementation of this model also has limitations, including time management issues at each stage of the learning process, some students using their phones during lessons, and teachers' readiness in utilizing technology as a supportive medium. Overall, the implementation of the discovery learning model assisted by the wordwall medium contributes positively to the learning of writing speech texts in the Indonesian Language subject at the vocational high school level.
