The Implementation of the Problem Based Learning Model Using Spinning Wheel Media to Improve Learning Outcomes in IPAS on the Topic "My Indonesia, Rich in Culture" for Fourth Grade Students of SDN Jiwan 02. Undergraduate Thesis. Primary School Teacher Education Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas PGRI Madiun. Advisors: (I) Prof. Dr. H. Parji, M.Pd., (II) Melik Budiarti, S.Sos., M.A. This research was motivated by the low learning outcomes and student participation in the Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) subject, particularly in the topic "My Indonesia, Rich in Culture" in Grade IV of SDN Jiwan 02. This is evident from the average scores of summative tests, which have not met the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKM), as well as the students’ low critical thinking skills. The purpose of this study was to improve the learning outcomes in IPAS on the topic "My Indonesia, Rich in Culture" through the implementation of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model supported by the Spinning Wheel media. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR), conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consisted of the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques included tests, observations, interviews, and documentation. The research results showed an improvement in students' learning outcomes in each cycle. In addition, there was an increase in student participation, critical thinking skills, and understanding of Indonesian cultural content. Thus, the implementation of the Problem Based Learning model using Spinning Wheel media is effective for improving students' learning outcomes at the elementary education level Keywords: Problem Based Learning (PBL), Spinning Wheel, Learning Outcomes, IPAS, My Indonesia Rich in Culture.
