Abstract

Teacher performance assessment is a crucial aspect in improving the quality of education, particularly in determining the distribution of rewards. At SDN Tambakmas 02, the assessment process is still conducted manually, resulting in inefficiencies, lack of transparency, and potential subjectivity in the results. This research aims to design and develop a web-based decision support system for teacher reward distribution using the Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method. MAUT is applied due to its ability to quantitatively process complex criteria such as pedagogical, personality, social, and professional aspects. The system was developed using the Extreme Programming (XP) method to ensure flexibility during the development process. Meanwhile, the system testing adopted the User Centered Design (UCD) approach, involving the principal as the primary user to evaluate usability, interface comfort, and system effectiveness. The research findings show that the system can accelerate the assessment process, produce accurate and transparent results, and provide objective reward recommendations. This system is expected to enhance the quality of educational management and motivate teachers to continuously improve their performance.
