Abstract

The assessment of stunting status among toddlers at the Wonoasri Village Posyandu in Madiun Regency has so far been conducted manually through records kept in volunteer logs, making it prone to data errors and delays in processing. This study aims to design, implement, and test a web-based Decision Support System that combines the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) to help Posyandu volunteers objectively determine the risk status and stunting status of toddlers. The system was developed using the Waterfall method with six criteria: weight, height, upper arm circumference, head circumference, immunization status, and nutritional intake. The AHP method was used to calculate the weight of each criterion based on pairwise comparisons verified through the Consistency Ratio, while the TOPSIS method was used to rank toddler data based on preference values relative to the ideal solution. System testing was conducted using Black Box Testing and the System Usability Scale. The results of the Black Box Testing showed that all system functions operated in accordance with the established requirements. The SUS test results for 15 Posyandu cadres yielded an average score of 69.17, which falls into Grade C or “Fairly Good.” These results indicate that the developed system is suitable for use as a decision-making tool to determine the stunting status of toddlers at the Wonoasri Village Posyandu more quickly and consistently.
