Improving Speaking Skills Using Example and Non-Example Learning Models Assisted by Poster Media for Fourth Grade Students at Poncol 2 Elementary School, Poncol District, Magetan Regency. Theses. Keywords: speaking, methods, examples and non-examples and poster media This study aims to describe (1) the application of the example and non-example learning method assisted by Poster media can improve the speaking skills of fourth-grade students of Poncol 2 State Elementary School, Poncol District, Magetan Regency and (2) the learning outcomes of fourth-grade students of Poncol 2 State Elementary School, Poncol District, Magetan Regency in speaking learning using the example and non-example learning method assisted by Poster media. This study is a classroom action research with two research cycles. The results of this study are (1) the application of the example and non-example learning method assisted by Poster media can improve the speaking skills of fourth-grade students of Poncol 2 State Elementary School, Poncol District, Magetan Regency. This is evidenced by the teacher's activity during learning in cycle I, meeting 1, obtained a percentage of 83.33%, then at meeting 2, an increase of 91.67%. Teacher activity during learning in cycle II, meeting 1, obtained a percentage of 100% and at meeting 2, obtained a percentage of 100%. Student learning activities during learning in cycle I meeting 1 obtained a percentage of 66.66%, then at meeting 2 experienced an increase of 91.67%. Student learning activities during learning in cycle II meeting 1 obtained a percentage of 91.67% and at meeting 2 obtained a percentage of 100%, and (2) the learning outcomes of fourth grade students of Poncol 2 Public Elementary School, Poncol District, Magetan Regency in learning to speak using the example and non-example learning method assisted by Poster media, it is known that the results of completeness in the pre-cycle were 20%, completeness in the example model cycle I was 58.33% and experienced an increase in cycle II of 87.5% and success had reached ≥ 85%. Completeness in the example and non-example learning method assisted by Poster media cycle I was 33.33% and experienced an increase in cycle II of 83.33%.
