Abstract

This research aims to determine the feasibility and validity of developing a Project-Based Outseal Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) Learning Module to Improve the Computing Skills of Electrical Engineering Students at Universitas PGRI Madiun. The method in this research uses Research and Development (R & D) with a 4D (Four D) development model. Through a development model with 4D stages, namely, Define, Design, Development, Disseminate, this research succeeded in producing an Outseal Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) learning module product. Data collection from feasibility test and validation questionnaires by experts. The data obtained was then calculated and obtained an average feasibility result of 87.69%. Media expert validation tests obtained an average result of 89%. The material expert validation test obtained an average result of 81.53%. With an average validation result by experts of 86%. The results that have been described can conclude that the development of Outseal's Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) learning module is very feasible and can be a learning medium in PLC courses.
