Abstract

This research aims to develop a decision support system based on the MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis) method which is applied in the selection of Rahwana Wedding Organizer crew. The system is designed based on the website to provide objective, and efficient selection solutions. The results of the system implementation show the ability to manage criteria, calculate alternative values, and produce rankings based on predetermined criteria weights. Evaluation using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method resulted in an average score of 77.3, which is included in the GOOD category, indicating that the system is easy to use and effective in supporting decision making.This MOORA method-based decision support system is expected to help Rahwana Wedding Organizer in improving the quality of crew selection and supporting a better decision-making process.
