Abstract

This research aims to explain and describe the increased interest in learning and loud reading skills in class IV SDN 5 Cepoko. Research method used is a quarantinative descriptive. This research document is a teaching module and a list of values. Research was done in 5 Cepoko with a study subject in the 12th grade IV. Through cycle-based PTK. Using survey data collection techniques and tests read aloud. The action is considered successful if, 80 % students reached interest level 80 % -89 % (high ) and 80 % students reached the high reading skills 75 (good). Results show that using the media Literacy Cloud can increase the interest and loud reading skills of the IV class SDN 5 Cepoko. Average analysis of student interest in cycle 1 by 88 % with high category while on cycle 2 by 90 % with very high categories rising by 2 %. Resulting loud reading skills of student on cycle I 67 % and on II 92 % cycle, experiencing an increase of 25 %. The average value gained on cycle 1 is 70,3 and on cycle 2 is 82,8. So much for an increase of 18,5.
