Program Studi Farmasi Fakultas Ilmu Pengetahuan dan Sains Universitas PGRI Madiun. Pembimbing I: Apt. Weka Sidha Bhagawan, S.Farm.,M.Farm.; Pembimbing II : Dra Arum Suproborini, M.Si. Pengobatan tradisional merupakan merupakan kumpulan pengetahuan dan praktik berdasarkan teori, keyakinan serta pengalaman budaya adat budaya yang berbeda digunakan dalam pemeliharaan kesehatan dan pencegahan penyakit secara turun temurun dari generasi terdahulu ke generasi berikutnya memiliki keanekaragaman hayati, dengan berbagai jenis tumbuhan yang bermanfaat untuk pengobatan. Tumbuhan obat dimanfaatkan sebagai jamu cekok oleh masyarakat Kabupaten Magetan. Studi kasus etnomedisin berada di Kecamatan Karas, Kecamatan Kartoharjo dan Kecamatan Maospati. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui menganalisis pemanfaatan tumbuhan yang berkhasiat sebagai jamu cekok. Jenis penelitian menggunakan teknik analisi data Spesies Use Value (SUV), Part Plant Use (PPU), Famili Use Value (FUV). Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan Purpose Sampling melalui wawancara terstruktur dan semi struktur. Hasil penelitian teridentifikasi 5 spesies tanaman yang digunakan sebagai jamu cekok yang terbagi 3 famili. Spesies dengan niali SUV tertinggi yaitu Zingiber zerumbet (0,7). Nilai bagian tumbuhan PPU tertinggi Rimpang (1,5). Famili dengan nilai FUV tertinggi yaitu Zingiberazeae (1,2). Metode pemberian Jamu Cekok dengan cara mulut yang di cangar yang diberikan dengan menggunakan kain untuk penambah nafsu makan pada bayi dan balita. Terdapat pengobatan selain jamu cekok yang terdiri dari Belimbing Wuluh, Kunyit, Jahe, Kencur, Jeruk Nipis, Jambu, Sembukan, Kelapa, dengan cara pemberian secara luar atau dalam. Traditional medicine is a collection of knowledge and practices based on theories, beliefs and experiences of different cultural traditions used in maintaining health and preventing disease from generation to generation from previous generations to the next. It has biodiversity, with various types of plants that are useful for treatment. Medicinal plants are used as herbal medicine by the people of Magetan Regency. The ethnomedicine case studies are in Karas District, Kartoharjo District and Maospati District. The aim of this research is to analyze the use of plants that are efficacious as herbal medicine for choke. This type of research uses Species Use Value (SUV), Part Plant Use (PPU), Family Use Value (FUV) data analysis techniques. Samples were taken using Purpose Sampling through structured and semi-structured interviews. The results of the research identified 5 plant species used as herbal medicine, divided into 3 families. The species with the highest SUV value is Zingiber zerumbet (0.7). The value of the highest PPU plant part was Rhizome (1.5). The family with the highest FUV value is Zingiberazeae (1.2). The method of administering herbal medicine is by using a mouth blow which is given using a cloth to increase appetite in babies and toddlers. There are treatments other than herbal medicine, which consist of Starfruit, Turmeric, Ginger, Galangal, Lime, Guava, Sembukan, Coconut, by administering externally or internally.
