Abstract

RSU Darmayu Madiun is a type C general hospital located on Jl. Captain Tendean, Demangan Village, Taman City Madiun District. RSU Darmayu Madiun experienced problems in archiving and managing incoming letters, as well as internal memos between units. The system that is already running, archiving and managing incoming letters and internal memos is still carried out by recording them in the register book. With these problems, it is necessary to manage and store letters quickly and effectively. The aim of this research is to find out how to design and create a mail management e-archive website. The method used in this research uses the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method. The research results show that it was built using the PHP programming language, HTML using the Codeigniter framework. The database used uses MySQL to store data entered by the user. In creating the system using the Visual Studio Code text editor. The creation of this e-archive letter system can help the hospital in digitizing the correspondence administration sector at RSU Darmayu Madiun.
