The aim of this study was to determine the effect of operating cash flow and accounting profit towards stock returns with the Return on Asset (ROA) variable as a moderation. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling, which is sampling based on certain criteria that have been previously determined. This study used secondary data in the form of annual reports from manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The total sample used was 332 data from manufacturing companies in the industrial sector listed on the IDX from 2021 to 2023 period. This study used the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics 24. The results of this study are: operating cash flow has a significant effect towards stock returns. Accounting profit does not have a significant effect towards stock returns. Return on Asset (ROA) cannot moderate the effect of operating cash flow towards stock returns. Return on Asset (ROA) cannot moderate the effect of accounting profit towards stock returns.
