Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of product quality and cash on delivery payment method on purchasing decisions through trust as an intervening variable on consumers of the Berlin Aksesoris online shop. This study was conducted on consumers who had made at least one purchase at the Berlin Aksesoris online shop with a sample of 160 respondents. The research method used was a quantitative approach using Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis using SmartPLS software version 4.1.0.2. The results of this study are that product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions on consumers of the Berlin Aksesoris online shop, the cash on delivery payment method does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions on consumers of the Berlin Aksesoris online shop, product quality has a positive and significant effect on trust on consumers of the Berlin Aksesoris online shop, cash on delivery payment method has a positive and significant effect on trust on consumers of the Berlin Aksesoris online shop, trust has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions on consumers of the Berlin Aksesoris online shop, product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with trust as an intervening variable on consumers of the Berlin Aksesoris online shop, and the cash on delivery payment method has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with trust as an intervening variable on consumers of the Berlin Aksesoris online shop.
