Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of accounting information system effectiveness and information technology utilization towards employee performance at PT. BPR Pundhi Arta Indonesia. The research design used was casual research and quantitative approach. The sample in the study was all employees working at PT. BPR Pundhi Arta Indonesia Magetan Branch Office and in several other Branch Offices, namely at Madiun and Ngawi Branch as many as 100 Employees. Meanwhile, the sampling technique used the purposive sampling method.The results of the study indicate: partially the variable of accounting information system effectiveness and the variable of information technology utilization have a positive and significant effect towards employee performance at PT. BPR Pundhi Arta Indonesia. Simultaneously, the variables of accounting information system effectiveness and information technology utilization have a significant effect towards employee performance at PT. BPR Pundhi Arta Indonesia.
