Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of green marketing and service quality towards visitor satisfaction at Museum Rumah Atsiri Indonesia, Tawangmangu with environmental concern mediation. This study used quantitative methods and descriptive analysis techniques with survey methods. The number of samples obtained was 384. The sampling method used was non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. The research data was analyzed using SPSS version 25. The results of the study indicate: Green Marketing (X1), Service Quality (X2) and Environmental Concern (Z) have a significant effect towards Visitor Satisfaction (Y) on visitors of Museum Rumah Atsiri Indonesia, Tawangmangu. Green Marketing (X1) and Service Quality (X2) have a positive and significant effect towards Environmental Concern (Z). Green Marketing (X1) and Service Quality (X2) have a positive and significant effect towards Visitor Satisfaction (Y) through Environmental Concern (Z) as a mediator on visitors of Museum Rumah Atsiri Indonesia, Tawangmangu.
