Abstract

This study aimed to determine the Effect of Capital Structure, Dividend Policy, and Good Corporate Governance towards Financial Performance. The population in this study were LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2019-2023 period. The number of samples obtained was 120 companies using purposive sampling techniques. The method used in this study was a quantitative using the SPSS analysis tool. Data analysis using multiple linear regression, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests, and coefficients of determination. The results of the study partially indicate: Capital Structure has a negative and insignificant effect towards Financial Performance, Dividend Policy and Good Corporate Governance have a positive and significant effect towards Financial Performance. While simultaneously, the variables Capital Structure, Dividend Policy, and Good Corporate Governance do not have a significant effect towards financial performance.
