Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of total assets, rentability and complexity of the company towards audit delay in the company sector of non-primary consumer goods listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 period. The research method used was quantitative. This study used secondary data in the form of financial statements obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data analysis techniques used the assistance of the SPSS program version 25. The results show partially the total assets has a positive and significant effect towards the audit delay, partial rentability has a positive and significant effect towards the audit delay, while the company's complexity partially has no effect and was not significant to the audit delay. Simultaneously the total assets, rentability and complexity of the company have a significant effect towards the audit delay. Keywords : Total Assets, Rentability, Company Complexity, Audit Delay.
