Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of financial ratios on dividend policy with growth ratio as a moderating variable (case study of banking companies listed on the BEI in 2020-2023. The data used is secondary data, in the form of financial reports of banking companies listed on the BEI from 2020 to with the year 2023 downloaded via the website www.idx.co.id. The population for this study was all banking companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling method to obtain 43 companies with a 4 year research period, resulting in the final sample a total of 172 company samples. The data analysis technique uses Logistic Regression. The data is processed using SPSS 24. The research results show that, liquidity ratios have no effect on dividend policy, solvency ratios have an effect on dividend policy, profitability ratios have an effect on dividend policy, activity ratios have no effect on dividend policy. dividend policy, the growth ratio can moderate the growth ratio to dividend policy, the growth ratio can moderate the solvency ratio to dividend policy, the growth ratio can moderate the profitability ratio to dividend policy, the growth ratio can moderate the activity ratio to dividend policy.
