Abstract
The Effect of Company Size, Profitability, Profit Growth and Firm Performance towards Dividend Policy (Empirical Study of Property and Real Estate Companies Listed on the IDX in the 2019-2022 Period). The aim of this study was to determine the effect of company size, profitability, profit growth and firm performance towards dividend policy in property and real estate companies listed on the IDX for the period 2019-2022 period. This study was a quantitative with data analysis techniques in the study using multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study was 81 property and real estate companies and the number of samples was 69 property and real estate companies. The results of this study indicate: the variables of company size and firm performance do not have a significant effect towards dividend policy in property and real estate listed on the IDX for the period 2019-2022 with a significant value of each variable of 0.837 and 0.329. Meanwhile, the profitability and profit growth variables have a significant effect towards dividend policy in property and real estate companies listed on the IDX for the period 2019-2022 with a significant value of 0.011 and 0.000 for each variable.
