Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of risk management, fee based income and innovation towards financial performance, as well as to determine and analyze whether company size can moderate risk management, fee based income and innovation towards financial performance. This study used secondary data obtained from the company's annual report. The population of this study was all financial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2018-2022 period. Sampling in this study used the purposive sampling method so 50 company samples or 250 data were obtained. The research method used in this study was a quantitative method using the SPSS version 25 program. The results of this study are Risk Management, Fee Based Income and Innovation have a negative effect towards Financial Performance. Company Size is able to moderate the negative effect of Risk Management and Fee Based Income towards Financial.
