Keywords: Cakap Bersama, Ecosystem , Bullying, Short story This research aims to explore and describe the planning, implementation, and challenges of the "Cakap Bersama" program as an implementation of the project to strengthen the Pancasila student profile, build an anti-bullying school ecosystem, and develop short story writing skills for Grade VII students at SMP Negeri 1 Jetis for the 2023/2024 academic year. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation of student activities during the program's implementation. The research results show that the "Cakap Bersama" program was planned as a co-curricular activity within the independent curriculum, specifically as a project to strengthen the Pancasila student profile with the theme "Build the Soul and Body." This program was prepared and planned in the KOSP (School-Level Operational Curriculum) document created by the school at the beginning of the academic year. The implementation of this program involved stages of identifying, observing, acting, and campaigning about bullying issues occurring in the students' surrounding environment. The program was also effective in creating a conducive and bullying-free school ecosystem. Through various activities that emphasize Pancasila values, students were able to understand and apply anti-bullying principles in their daily school life. Additionally, the program successfully improved students' short story writing skills. This was evidenced by the improved quality of their stories in terms of plot, characterization, and language use. However, some challenges were identified during the program, including limitations in facilities and infrastructure, which significantly impacted the program's success. Resistance from some students and teachers who did not fully understand the importance of the program, limited time for intensive training, and limited resources were also noted as issues.
