ABSTRACT Hendriansyah Nur Assabil. 2024. Design and Development of a Decision Support System for BLT-DD Recipients Using Profile Matching Method Based on Website. Study Program of Informatics Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas PGRI Madiun. Supervisor (1) Sekreningsih Nita, S.kom, M.T. Supervisor (2) Yessi Yunitasari, S.Kom., M.Cs. This research focuses on designing a decision support system for BLT-DD recipients in the community of Sidorejo Village. The decision support system for BLT-DD recipients was built using the PHP programming language with a MySQL database. The system development used in this research is Rapid Application Development, which allows the system to be completed quickly with minimal bugs. The utilization of the decision support system in the design of this system also proved to yield decisions based on ranking, which can be demonstrated through formulation using Excel with calculation results based on the profile matching method. The results of the research show that the system can be used effectively. The design of this system is a precise step in terms of accuracy and objectivity in selecting eligible recipients. To address this issue, this research developed a web based decision support system using the Profile Matching method. The results of this system are expected to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of BLT-DD distribution, ensuring that the assistance reaches those who are truly eligible.
