Abstract

The leadership selection process is very important in leading the organization to achieve the vision and mission of the organization. The chosen leader must have high criteria from other candidates, such as in terms of public speaking. In measuring public speaking skills with experts, it was agreed that students must have knowledge, language fluency, regulation skills, and the use of supporting components that must be achieved to be able to assess that prospective leaders can be elected. In measuring student public speaking, the researcher created a website-based expert system to measure the public speaking ability of each prospective leader through the knowledge of the prospective leader. The development of this web-based expert system uses the SCRUM method with a total of eight sprint backlogs. The total priority of working on the product backlog is two high priorities, one medium priority, and two low priorities. The final results of the sprints that have been carried out, obtained a sprint review related to the appearance of the website that is improved in the appearance of the test work, namely grouping statements for each category using corousel, in addition, removing duplicate conclusions using the set array method.
