Abstract
In an organization, meetings are quite an important communication medium before decision making, so meetings need to be managed well. Santa Clara Hospital is one of the health facilities in the city of Madiun. To maintain service quality, the decision-making process must be well documented. Meetings at Santa Clara Hospital are held quite frequently, but management is still done manually. Meeting documentation needs to be stored properly so that it can be accessed easily. The aim of this research is to find out how to design and create a web-based meeting management application using the Laravel framework. This research uses the Kanban method, which is a method for managing work flow so that it is maximized. The work plan is visualized using a board called a Kanban board. The result of this research is a web-based meeting management application, where the application contains important features, including printing invitations and sending invitations. Sending invitations uses the WA Blast service so it is very efficient. In the application there is a menu for uploading meeting materials, minutes and meeting documentation, so that they can be accessed by users. Meeting attendance with a QR Code system, so paper is no longer needed to register attendance. In the final stage of the research, testing was carried out on the application using the SUS (System Usability Scale) method. The test results show that the application created is feasible or acceptable. In this way, this web-based meeting management application can be implemented.
